Flutter Reduction - Nugget increases inertia while reducing flutter by incorporating the Disc/Platter combination as a total mass. Stylus Tracking Dampening - by reducing vibration caused when the stylus tracks the groove, NUGGET reduces sonic discolouration, while giving significant audible improvement. Better Playing of Warped Records - by pressing the disc to the platter, NUGGET allows easier play of warped records. Prevention of Record Slippage - by maintaining stability, NUGGET prevents slipping between the disc and platter, reducing the likelihood of damage to the stylus and record. Improved Acoustic Quality - piano notes become crystal-clear, mid-range is vibrant and alive, while vocals soar realistically.

Nugget Construction Once Analog Nugget Disc Stabilizers are precision machined from 316 non-magnetic stainless steel. Nugget dimensions are 75mm in diameter by 40mm high, and it weighs 1.4kg. Nugget Disc Stabilizers will accommodate spindle heights up to 23mm. A 3mm acrylic pad beautifully recessed into the base assures absolute protection of the record label. A reservoir of silicone dampening fluid is situated beneath the "Once" logo. Note: Not recommended for floating sub-chassis turntables.
